The Four corner training model is fundamental for the development of a complete Goalkeeper. Three of the four corners, ie Technical, Tactical and Physical have explicit training methodology.
The fourth corner, Mental, has no training instruction or methodology.
Our goal is the development of a complete Mental Development training Manual.
A gradual, goalkeeper specific, Outcome oriented, development program from cognitive all the way to motivational, in order to complete the four corner training model.
The Fourth Corner:
Football Goalkeeper training evolution using Cognitive and Motivational Imagery

1. The structured and individualised incorporation of mental imagery in the training of elite goalkeepers aiming for maximising performance capacity.
2. Create a structured intervention model from familiarisation to proficient use of imagery to achieve goals like maintaining the individual optimal arousal level of the goalkeeper during competition.
3. The use of imagery to improve recovery time post impairing injury of a goalkeeper.
4. The development of an Imagery Training Manual for competitive goalkeepers.

Project | 01 Private Vet Practice Database

The past 4 years I have been developing a database that is designed based on our Veterinary needs. It has been gradually morphing and evolving, to a valuable tool that fits our needs and requirements because most of what is available makes little sence.
Right now the software is in Beta Testing Phase (that is when pleople that have limited computer experience try to work with the software) and will soon be marketed and available in the Greek Veterinary market.
I am sorry it is only vailable in the Greek language,
for now!

Project | 02 Top Dog Grooming products

I was fortunate and honored to work with a wonderful pannel of chemists, as a veterinary consultant in developing several of the Top Dog products.
Mostly aimed at preserving the dermis homeostasis but often assisting the prevention or recovery from disease states of the skin.
From mild irrtant inflamations to superficial bacterial overgrowth or opportunistic fungal infections we used the properties of natural ingredients to get amazing clinical results.

Project | 03 My Veterinary clinic

Established in 2016 this was a two vet project. Located in the city of Chania, GRE this modern establishment is the first veterinary practice that functions under the Problem Oriented Medicine System.
With a record of 99% diagnostic accuracy and equally successful treatment we soon started offering reference/second opinion services and support to other veterinary practices in Crete.

We are functioning with our custom database software used to record clients, Pets and Visits using the SOAP medical record format. The database software is marketed in the Greek Veterinary software market.
